Shipping costs and delivery
The shipping rates and the estimated time for delivery will be displayed on the checkout page depending of the articles in your cart and your location.

Tracking your order
Once your order is ready to go, we hand it over to the carrier and send you a shipping confirmation email that contains a tracking number. You can click on that number to see the latest updates on the location of your shipment via our tracking page.

Editing your order (size, address, product…)

All orders can be edited for free:

- modification on the product such as color, design, size and product can be done before the order is fullfilled.

- modification on the order information such as name, shipping address, email... can be done before the order is ready to be shipped.

To edit your order, please contact us as soon as possible via our contact page or by mail to contact@paradisa.fr

In your mail, please mention your order number, the product concerned and the modification you want to do.

If an order is already sent and you want to edit your order, please refer to the return policy.
